Best technique would be to probably get an application or page build on Facebook and promote you website/product there because the age group you're looking for are mostly on this social network website

Default Increasing Traffic To Your Website

How you drive traffic to your site depends on several factors but the first factor is, do you want to "pay" with time or money? There are two ways to drive more traffic to your site - buy advertising (both online and offline) and manage the ad campaign or use your time to set up online programs. Facebook is certainly a consideration. As is Twitter, article marketing, developing a community, search engine optimization, commenting on posts where your prospects are (as I am doing here now), hosting podcasts and a myriad of other things.

Whatever you decide to do, there are two rules you must follow:

1 - develop a marketing plan and identify HOW you will maintain it. It's no good to get people to your site if you don't know what you're going to do with them once they get there.

2- do NOT buy traffic. Companies that guarantee they'll get you traffic WILL get you traffic. But it's like throwing mud against the wall and seeing what sticks. They buy url's that have expired and then point them to your site when someone is looking for a different site. If you're lucky, when someone lands on your site, they'll be curious enough to stay. But most visitors will leave within a couple of seconds.

1. Ning.com and related social networking platforms can actually help you launch your own social network site. They have free packages, but they come with unnecessary advertising banners that might represent your theme. If you don't want to be disturbed with adverts, then you have go through monthly subscriptions. Google "creating your own social network".

2. Fry The Fish You Can Catch: Set up an official blogsite and ping it to Technorati and Yahoo! to increase the chance of search engine spiders indexing your site. Introduce an interesting topic for your target audience. Get them to become FOLLOWERS... and ask them to viral website. Remember to upload videos and allow them to also upload their own videos. Make them a part of the blogsite. Be partners with them.

3. Join Facebook and create either a Fan Club or a Group that represents the core of your business activity or forum or blog, etc. Then do reciprocal linking: put your FB widget on your blog and main website as well as put the latter on your FB and other websites.
