Need Network Activity Monitoring Software

I want Network Activity Monitoring Software so that I can see the desktop of employee's working . Kill / Stop their internet sessions, as most of the employee's surf porn sites and download movies (Even the Lady Employees)
I am using a imonitor Trial version. The software is good but I need much more and try the best one? Any suggestion? :-

Not sure if it's legal of using such kind of monitoring software for staff. But sometimes it's really necessary.I apply keylogger software for my 10 year old as to record all his activies online. May it can be used for office.Hope this help.And this remote parental control is not bad as I know.Hope this help.

A lot of companies use employee monitoring. What the companies need to do is informing the staff of the monitoring.
I know this remote keylogger is able to be used as EM, but I've no idea about what you said Kill / Stop their internet sessions. So good luck by yourself!
