How will your product enhance your customer’s life? Anybody who has done any sales or marketing training will have heard of features and benefits. what the benefits are how the features make the buyers life better/easier/more pleasant/cheaper or what the features do for the buyer. ?

I've always known it as the F.A.B. statement - Features, Advantages, and Benefits.
Make sure all your sales literature clearly states: - Feature - what is unique about the product or essentially, what's special - Advantage - what edge the feature gives you - Benefit - what the ultimate gain for you is So, a FAB statement would read, 'ABC product includes xxx, which means it does xxx, resulting in xx to your business.' Thinking in these terms can help clarify your sales proposition to your customers.
